Pursuant the provisions set forth in art 144-octies of the Regulation on Issuers, as of the date of April 3rd, 2008, Unione Fiduciaria S.p.A. did submit its own slate of candidates for the appointment of the Statutory Auditors. As a consequence, shareholders who, alone or together with other shareholders, hold a total number of shares representing at least 0.75% of the voting share capital of the Company may submit other slates within the ultimate date of April 8th, 2008.
