NOTICE PURSUANT art. 131 of CONSOB regulation n. 11971/99 and subsequent amendments

Reference is made to the Shareholders' agreement on Bulgari ordinary shares entered on May 18^th, 1995 and October 14^th, 1997 into by and between Mr. Paolo Bulgari, Mr. Nicola Bulgari and Mr. Francesco Trapani, duly filed at the Companies Registry of Rome on July 27^th, 1998 tacitly renewed, to inform that the same has been renewed without variation on July 17^th, 2009 last term for withdrawing, starting from July 17^th 2010 to July 17^th 2012
